At the core of B&C Plastics is a team of dedicated professionals led by Co-Founders Royston and Wendy Kent, whose combined expertise and vision have been instrumental in shaping the company's success.

Royston Kent – CEO

With over 31 years of hands-on experience in product development, engineering, and manufacturing, Royston co-founded B&C Plastics to transform innovative ideas into tangible products. Under his leadership, the company has collaborated with prominent brands such as Virgin Australia, Telstra, Lendlease, and Jetstar, delivering high-quality commercial plastic solutions. Royston's commitment to advancing Australia's sovereign capabilities in the medical and defense sectors has been pivotal, especially during challenging times like the COVID-19 pandemic, where the company experienced significant growth. He emphasises the importance of team culture, continuous learning, and embracing vulnerability as key aspects of effective leadership. 

Wendy Kent – Co-Founder & Customer Service Lead

Wendy has been a cornerstone of B&C Plastics since its inception, working alongside her husband, Royston. Her multifaceted role encompasses design, engineering, product development, and overseeing plastic injection moulding processes. In an industry traditionally dominated by men, Wendy's leadership has been transformative, setting new standards for excellence and environmental responsibility. Her unwavering dedication to sustainability and innovation has earned the company multiple accolades, including Manufacturer of the Year, Business of the Year, and Most Innovative Business of the Year. Beyond her professional commitments, Wendy enjoys outdoor adventures such as jet-skiing, caravanning, camping, and 4x4 driving, reflecting her fearless and bold approach to both life and business.

Complementing the founders is a team of passionate solutioneers who thrive on tackling challenges and exploring uncharted territories. Our collaborative environment fosters creativity and drives success, ensuring that every project benefits from our collective expertise and dedication. Key team members include:

Amila – Operations Manager: Oversees daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality across all processes.

Adam – Technical Support: Brings innovative product ideas to life with a keen eye to ensure efficiency and quality.
